Socialworky

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 28, 2026

This policy explains what information Socialworky collects when you use the Site, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account, our authentication provider, Clerk, collects the details needed to sign you in, such as your name and email address, along with basic login activity. Clerk processes this on our behalf under its own privacy practices.

Content you enter into tools. When you use an interactive tool, the text you type is processed to produce a response. For tools that use artificial intelligence, that text is sent to a third-party AI provider for that purpose.

Technical information. Like most websites, the Site may receive standard technical data such as browser type and general usage, and may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the tools are used.

Please do not enter real client information. These are practice tools. Do not type real client names, identifying details, or protected health information into any tool. Use invented details when you practice. We are not able to treat content entered into the tools as confidential clinical records.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to provide and maintain the Site, to sign you in and keep your account secure, to operate and improve the tools, and to communicate with you about your account or the service when needed.

Services that help us run the Site

We rely on a small number of third-party services to operate, including Clerk for accounts and authentication, Vercel for hosting, and one or more artificial intelligence providers that power the interactive tools. These providers process information only as needed to provide their service, under their own terms and privacy practices.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Retention and your choices

We keep account information for as long as your account is active. You may ask us to access or delete your account information by contacting us at the address below. Some information may be retained where needed to meet legal or operational obligations.

Children

The Site is intended for adults who are clinicians or clinical trainees. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
